Meet our Executive Director & Board of Directors
Autumn Chavez, Executive Director
In June 2019, Autumn became the first Executive Director of Lovepacs. Autumn and her family are passionate about volunteering in their community and that is how she initially became involved with Lovepacs. As a mother and a former teacher, she knows first-hand how important a full belly is for learning, playing with friends and exercising. After a few years of donating and packing food, she was excited to bring her fundraising and nonprofit management experience into the Executive Director position. Today, she oversees the ten communities that Lovepacs serves.
Autumn has a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management from Concordia University Texas. For ten years, she served as the director of St Philip’s Preschool in Frisco. Autumn and her husband, Robbie, reside in Frisco.
Jennifer Paine, Board President
Jennifer Paine is the Senior Director of Technology at Southwest Airlines. She has served on the Lovepacs Board of Director for 4 years and recently became the President. She and her husband John have been supporters of Lovepacs since the beginning, having been in a Bent Tree Bible Fellowship Lifegroup with some of the founding families. Jennifer brings with her a background in Technology and Organizational Leadership and Culture. Previous to her 11 years at Southwest Airlines, she held similar Technology Leadership roles at Neiman Marcus for 7 years. She has a passion for leading and growing people, building incredible teams, and executing large initiatives. Jennifer earned a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering from Texas A&M University. She just celebrated 23 years of marriage to her husband, John, and they have twin 18-yr-old sons, John and Jeffrey. The Paine family has worshipped at Bent Tree Bible Fellowship for over 20 years.
Treasa Bowers, Board Vice President
Treasa has extensive experience in Business Operations and Human Resources having held various positions of progressive responsibility during her thirty years with 7-Eleven, Inc.. In her current role as Vice President and Chief Diversity Officer, she is responsible for developing and leading the Company’s strategy to enhance its competitive advantage through a diverse and engaged workforce. Prior roles include: Vice President Human Resources, Vice President of Human Resources and Acquisition Integration. She has a B.S. Business, Human Resources Institute (Certificate), Society for Human Resources, (Professional Human Resources Certificate), and American Society for Training and Development (Training Professional Certificate). She is an active volunteer, serving at the community, regional and national board-level (Salvation Army-Carr P. Collins Center, Family Services of Montgomery County, PA., United Service Organization(USO) for PA.NJ. &DE, Scholarship America, Women’s FoodService Forum and many others. She is married to Tony, has a 16-yr old son, and resides in Frisco.
Holly Dunn, Board Secretary
Holly Dunn is a former attorney who now works as a travel planner. She has been married to her husband Cavan for 17 years, and they have two children: 10-year-old Sophie and 8-year-old Colin. Holly received her B.A. from the University of Texas at Austin and her J.D. from the University of Minnesota School of Law. Holly and her family have been back in the Dallas area since 2006 and moved to Frisco in 2012. She is grateful to be a part of the Lovepacs team because she can serve her community and provide meaningful opportunities for her children to serve as well. Food insecurity is something that no parent or child should have to worry about, and Holly is thrilled to be a part of an organization that helps meet that need for families. Holly enjoys travel, reading, college football, and spending time with her family, including their 11-year-old golden retriever, Dug.

John Paine, Associate Board - Community
John is an Executive Coach who helps professionals reach their potential by creating the life they are passionate about living.
Prior to starting his coaching company, Your Journey Coach, John was a Community Pastor at Bent Tree Bible Fellowship for 10 years, where he helped people connect and grow in their faith. This experience has been invaluable in his role as a coach.
After learning about the ministry of Lovepacs from the founding families, John has participated in fundraising, packs, and deliveries.
John graduated from Texas A&M with a Bachelor of Business Administration in MIS. He is married to Jennifer and has twin teenage boys, John and Jeff.
